What you’ll be doing:

• Building and leading a new Workplace Services team of 5
• Rationalising and optimising a large internal software estate
• Driving automation, AI adoption and smarter ways of working across the business
• Partnering with senior stakeholders and business leaders — not just fixing tickets
• Owning SaaS governance, security compliance and IT service delivery

What they’re looking for:

• Proven experience leading IT, Digital Workplace, or Business Technology functions in a rapidly growing SaaS environment.
• A forward-thinking IT leader who is never satisfied with the status quo
• Someone energised by building things from scratch at pace
• Deep understanding of AI and modern workplace technology
