As a embedded and robotics engineer you will join this incredible team and be employee number!

We will need someone who is a Embedded robotics super star and be patient about the day to day job!

You will need to be able onsite, working directly with the founder and our expanding team to take us from tech start-up to global phenomenon over the next 5 years.

As a founding engineer for Robotics and Embedded Systems, you’ll own the design, integration, coding and testing of our autonomous digital and electronic systems.

It is a complex robotic system integrating multiple sensors and processors, and executing multiple functions.

  • A deep understanding of embedded software and electronic systems such as STM, Raspberry Pi and Nvidia devices, sensors and databases.
  • Familiarity with ROS2.
  • Proven expertise in design, integration, and testing robotic / embedded systems.
  • Intuitive problem-solving skills and first-principles thinking.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++ with years of experience in Firmware design.

• Experience with embedded software development tools (e.g. STM32) and environments (e.g., debuggers, emulators, compilers, KiCad).

• Knowledge of hardware-software integration and experience with 16/32-bit microcontrollers, microprocessors, Lora Modules and FPGA-based systems.

• Familiarity with communication protocols (e.g., CAN, UART, SPI, I2C).

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of OpenCV and end-to-end vision systems.
  • Electrical Engineering expertise.
  • Familiarity with RF communications.
  • Familiarity with commercial / open source UAV flight controllers and firmware.
