I’ve partnered with a new exciting business that are building cutting‑edge technology used live on global sports broadcasts. They are now looking for an experienced engineer within Computer Vision, C++ and Tracking.

The team develops player and ball‑tracking systems used across multiple sports, delivering high‑precision data in real time. Their technology is already award‑winning, used internationally, and scaling fast.
The Role
As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll join the Tracking team (4–5 engineers) to design, build, and optimise real‑time tracking systems used in live sports environments.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain real‑time C++ tracking applications, ensuring reliability during live events
- Optimise CPU/GPU performance, eliminating bottlenecks in high‑performance environments
- Work closely with engineers across DevOps, Visualisation and AR
This is not a research‑heavy role – it suits someone who thrives in fast deployment cycles and real‑world delivery.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong experience building and maintaining C++ systems in production
- Experience in computer vision, tracking, or real‑time systems
- Ability to debug, optimise, and profile performance‑critical code
- Strong communication skills — able to explain concepts clearly across teams
