Project Manager – Social Housing (Retrofit & Decarbonisation)

You won’t just be managing projects you’ll be improving lives of customers.

What you’ll be doing

Leading end-to-end delivery of construction and retrofit projects across occupied homes ensuring every project is safe, efficient, and delivers lasting impact.

From insulation upgrades to low-carbon heating systems, you’ll play a key role in shaping greener, more energy-efficient communities.

Your impact will include:

Delivering retrofit and decarbonisation programmes that improves residents’ quality of life

Managing projects from planning through to completion—on time, on budget, and to the highest standards

Leading site teams and supply chain partners with confidence and clarity

Building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and residents

Ensuring a smooth, respectful experience for tenants throughout the works

What we’re looking for:

Your experience in construction within social housing environments

A strong understanding of retrofit, energy efficiency, or decarbonisation (PAS 2030/2035 is a bonus)

A strong communicator who genuinely values people and builds trust with ease

Proven leadership and project delivery experience

A commitment to safety, quality, and community impact
