Senior Finance Business Partner

I am currently recruiting for a well known brand who are looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join their high performing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly dynamic business in what is an exciting time.

Salary: £70k – £80k + full benefits package.

In this role, you will own the P&L and be a trusted partner to the leadership team. This is a high‑impact which will help to shape the strategic direction of the business.

You will:

• Own the P&L and support driving business decision making
• Deliver commercial insight to support forecasting, budgeting & investment decisions
• Support senior stakeholders, attending leadership meetings to assist in shaping the business strategy
• Design & implement tools that will enable commercial decision making
• Look for areas to continuously improve & strengthen controls

About You:

• Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA or CIMA)
• Prior experience within a commercial finance or business partnering role within a large organisation
• Confident working with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to work proactively
• Confident dealing with non-financial stakeholders

Note, this is a hybrid role with 2 days required in the office.
