Elevation HR are excited to be working with a leading manufactng business based in Gainsborough as they look to appoint a HR Coordinator on a full-time, permanant basis.

As a Coordinator, you will be reporting directly into the HR Manager and play a pivotal role in supporting in the day to day running of the HR function. We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-driven HR Coordinator to join a busy HR team. This fully onsite role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys the operational side of HR and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

As a HR Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring all files are accurate and up to date
  • Complete return-to-work documentation and support absence processes
  • Conduct internal audits, ensuring all employees have the correct contracts and right to work documentation in place
  • Support training coordination, including booking employees onto courses and arranging training rooms
  • Organise interviews and inductions, ensuring a seamless candidate and onboarding experience
  • Prepare and issue probation review letters and other HR documentation
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across the HR function

Our client is looking for someone with:

  • Previous HR experience as a HR Administrator, HR Coordinator, HR Assistant or similar role
  • Keen to develop their HR knowledge
