B A Joinery is entering an exciting phase of growth and transformation, and we are seeking a high caliber Contracts Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering bespoke, high quality joinery projects across a diverse portfolio. This is a senior, client facing position suited to an experienced professional who combines technical joinery expertise, commercial acumen, and leadership capability.
The Opportunity
You will take full ownership of multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion and final account. Working closely with senior leadership, you will influence delivery standards, drive operational performance, and contribute to the continued evolution of our business.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead project delivery ensuring programme, cost, and quality targets are achieved
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and site teams
• Manage commercial aspects including valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and performance
• Coordinate installation teams and site activities
• Ensure full compliance with CDM and health & safety regulations
• Maintain exceptional quality standards across all projects
• Identify efficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
About You
• Proven track record as a Contracts or Senior Project Manager within joinery or construction
• Strong technical understanding of bespoke joinery and installation
• Commercially astute with experience managing project financials
• Confident leading teams and managing client relationships at a senior level
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple high-value projects
• Professional, solutions-focused, and driven by high standards
