This Isn’t a Safe, Salary Golf Job. Keep Scrolling if That’s What You Want.
We’re looking for a golf coach.
Not someone who hides in the studio waiting for bookings.
Not someone who wants guaranteed wages and an easy life.
We want someone early in their coaching career, switched on, and hungry enough to build something.
This role is at North Wales Golf — a busy, tech-driven facility with Trackman range, Nugget golf, a growing customer base, and serious potential.
It would suit a PGA Pro or someone currently going through their PGA qualification looking to make their mark — but only if you’re ready to actually go and make it happen.
You must be PGA qualified or actively working towards it.
Here’s the reality:
-You’ll need to approach people on the range
-You’ll need to give tips without being asked
-You’ll need to turn conversations into paying clients
-You’ll need to build your own diary
If that makes you uncomfortable, this isn’t for you.
If you’re the type who:
-Talks to strangers without overthinking it
-Spots bad swings from 30 yards away and can’t help but fix them
-Understands that initial free value leads to paid lessons
-Wants to earn based on effort, not just show up
…then keep reading.
What you get:
- Access to a high-traffic facility
- Trackman tech + indoor studio
- A 9-hole course to deliver proper on-course coaching
- A brand that’s growing fast
- The freedom to build your own client base (and income)
- Potential for commission on club fitting
What you don’t get:
- Hand-holding
- A guaranteed full diary
- A “wait for customers to come to you” setup
This is for a PGA Pro (or future PGA Pro) who wants to graft, build a reputation, and make serious money from coaching.
If that’s you, message us.
If not, no hard feelings — but this isn’t for you.
