Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented, entrepreneurial and analytical Commercial Project Executive to join our high-performing team in a part-time role (20 hours per week). The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our project management team by creating and managing campaign budgets, providing analytical insights and recommendations to support the successful delivery of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
· Create and manage project budgets from estimation stage through to completion, supporting
the Creative Account Management and Production teams.
· Conduct thorough and up-to date analysis of budget progress, identifying areas of potential
opportunities and risks.
· Work with and develop the existing tools on hand to ensure smooth progress through projects.
· Provide and present detailed reports and presentations for key stakeholders.
· Track project progress from a commercial viewpoint, and provide regular updates to the wider team.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience of managing project budgets and providing commercial insights.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Attention to detail and commitment to drive excellent execution.
· Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
· Experience working with project management platforms.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team..
