£26,000 base + £3600 Bonus available + Benefits package

Pertemps is proud to be partnering with a leading global financial services organisation to recruit Customer Solutions Agents to work within their financial collections team for their growing team in Kilmarnock.

We are particularly interested in candidates from customer-focused backgrounds such as customer service, retail or hospitality, who are confident communicating over the phone and comfortable working across multiple systems.

What you will be doing

  • Managing a mix of inbound and outbound calls to support customers and resolve queries
  • Building positive and professional relationships with customers
  • Accurately updating internal systems with relevant information
  • Working towards and achieving individual and team performance targets
  • Ensuring all activities comply with company policies and regulatory standards

What we are looking for

  • A confident and proactive approach with a strong willingness to learn
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • Ability to work towards targets and deliver results
  • Good IT skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Flexibility to work shifts and occasional Saturdays

What is on offer

  • Salary of £26,000 per annum with the opportunity to earn up to £300 monthly bonus
  • Hybrid working model: 3 days in the Kilmarnock office and 2 days from home after initial training
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Monday to Thursday between 8am and 8pm
  • Friday 9am to 5pm
  • 1 in 3 Saturdays 8am to 2pm
  • 28 days holiday, increasing to 31 days after 5 years of service
  • Pension scheme with 5% employee and minimum 4% employer contributions
