Vita Collaborations is the broker partnership model at the centre of the business. It brings together experienced, independent agents under a shared infrastructure: covered marketing, an AI-driven operating platform, compliance and administrative support, and a team that collaborates rather than competes. Brokers retain their own brand and client relationships while operating with the backing of a well-run, technology-enabled business behind them.

Role Description
You know what you’re worth. The question is whether your current situation reflects that.
Vita Collaborations partners with experienced brokers who want to keep more of what they generate, operate under their own name, and have a proper business behind them rather than working around the limitations of one.
You bring the track record and the relationships. We provide covered marketing, an AI-driven operating platform that handles the work that shouldn’t need you, and a team of brokers who collaborate rather than compete.
That last part matters. Independence without isolation is how we think about it. You run your own patch, build your own brand, and still have the intelligence, referral network and collective experience of a well-run business around you.
We are rooted in NW London but work with brokers across prime London residential. If you operate in a market where relationships and reputation matter more than volume, we should talk.

Qualifications
We are looking for brokers who:
– Have a minimum of three years in London residential sales or lettings
– Have a proven and verifiable GCI track record
– Operate with an established client base and personal network
– Are serious about building their own brand, not just finding a new employer
