Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Strategy Consulting Manager to lead the delivery of complex strategy and transformation projects. You will play a key role in driving measurable client impact, managing senior stakeholder relationships, and developing high-performing consulting teams.
This role is ideal for professionals with a background in management consulting, corporate strategy, or transformation, looking to progress into a leadership position with international exposure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple strategy consulting engagements across sectors and regions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders
- Design and facilitate strategy workshops and executive sessions
- Translate complex insights into clear, actionable business recommendations
- Manage, mentor, and develop consulting teams to drive performance
- Identify opportunities for account growth and business development
- Contribute to internal consulting methodologies, tools, and frameworks
- Represent the firm at industry events and networking opportunities
Candidate Profile
- Extensive experience in management consulting and/or in-house strategy roles
- Strong academic background; MBA or Master’s degree preferred
- Proven track record managing complex projects and influencing senior stakeholders
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Commercially driven with the ability to identify and grow client opportunities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and adaptable approach
- Willingness to travel internationally
Skills & Requirements
- Fluency in English (essential)
- Additional European languages (French, German, Dutch, Italian, Spanish) advantageous
- Experience in sectors such as manufacturing, life sciences, or technology is a plus
