About Us
We are a leading contractor specialising in the delivery of large-scale, complex data centre projects across London and the South East. With a strong pipeline of high-value developments and a reputation for technical excellence, we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our growing team.
The Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will take full ownership of major data centre construction projects from pre-construction through to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale data centre build projects
- Manage project teams, including site managers, engineers, subcontractors, and consultants
- Oversee programme, cost control, risk management, and procurement strategies
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations and company standards
- Drive quality assurance and ensure successful project handover
- Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on progress, risks, and performance
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering large-scale construction projects (data centre experience highly desirable)
- Strong technical understanding of MEP systems and complex building services
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-value projects (£50m+)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant construction qualification (e.g., degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar)
- Professional accreditation (e.g., MRICS, MCIOB, or equivalent) preferred
- Strong commercial awareness and contract management experience (e.g., NEC, JCT)
