An international bank are currently seeking a Senior Auditor to join their 5 person internal audit function in the City of London.
The Senior Auditor will perform audit fieldwork, contribute to audit delivery, including assessing control design and operating effectiveness, and follow-up on audit issues with the business.
The bank primarily focuses on trade finance and as a Senior Auditor, the successful candidate will gain broad exposure to all the bank’s activities and functions, including performing audits across Corporate Banking, Treasury, Risk Management, Outsourcing etc.
Applicants should possess either internal audit or external audit experience within the financial services sector. The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate banking product knowledge and an awareness of the risks and controls associated with IT, Prudential Risk, Operational Risk, Financial Crime and Compliance. Language skills (Arabic, French, German or Italian) would also be beneficial.
