Job Description
- Leading MEP design coordination as Technical Services Manager across a complex Central London retrofit and new-build scheme
- Managing interfaces between structure, façade, and building services on a West End mixed-use development
- Reviewing consultant designs to ensure buildability, compliance, and commercial alignment in London
- Driving commissioning, witnessing, and handover of all MEP systems as Technical Services Manager
- Coordinating MEP subcontractors, programme, and installation sequencing across a constrained Central London site
Skills / Qualifications
- Proven Technical Services Manager or Building Services Manager experience within Central London projects
- Strong MEP background delivering commercial, mixed-use, or refurbishment schemes in London
- Design-focused capability with experience reviewing Stage 4 design and managing technical submissions
- Experience working within Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractors on complex London developments
- Knowledge of commissioning, handover processes, and full project lifecycle as a Technical Services Manager
