We are partnering with an international professional services firm, who are looking for a Head of HR and Operations to join the team. This role is central to leading the UK HR and operations function while partnering closely with colleagues across the US. This is a great opportunity for someone who can shape and deliver people and operational initiatives, enhance processes and work collaboratively to support the organisation’s continued growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance on employee and partner matters, resolving issues effectively and ensuring compliance with employment law.
- Support the performance cycle, advising leaders on development, progression, and managing underperformance.
- Take a leading role in strengthening workplace culture.
- Streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain high standards through audits, training, and effective processes.
- Identify operational risks and collaborate with stakeholder.
Experience:
- Background within professional services partnership, or similar environment.
- Experience operating at a senior level across both HR and operations.
- Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on delivery.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employment law, and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong relationship-building ability with a collaborative approach.
