Known for delivering iconic, complex projects for blue-chip clients, they’re now growing their site-based team in the London Docklands, and they need a sharp, organised, and proactive Document Controller to join them.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing all project related documents, drawings, RFIs, submittals, and reports
• Making sure everything is organised, accurate, and accessible to the right people at the right time.
• Controlling the flow of information between contractors, engineers, clients, and the project team.
• Keeping records up to date and audit-ready, helping the team stay compliant and efficient.
• Using platforms like Aconex, Asite, or Viewpoint to track versions, updates, and approvals.
• Supporting the Project Manager and site team with structured document workflows and reporting.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a similar Document Controller role within construction or engineering.
• Confidence using common EDMS platforms (Aconex, Asite, Viewpoint, etc.).
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• A proactive mindset
