This flagship opening is set to make a significant mark on the capital’s culinary scene, with clear ambitions to secure Michelin-star recognition.
We are seeking two driven and experienced Assistant Managers to act as the number two to the General Manager, each playing a pivotal role in this high-profile opening. This is a rare opportunity to join a world-class team from the ground up and contribute to building something truly exceptional.
The Roles
Working directly alongside the General Manager, both positions will operate as second-in-command within the restaurant, supporting all aspects of the operation and stepping up in their absence.
There are two distinct opportunities available:
- Assistant Manager – Wine & Service Focus
- A guest-facing role with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional service standards while driving the wine programme. Ideal for someone passionate about wine, with the confidence to engage guests and elevate the overall dining experience.
- Assistant Manager – Operations, Administration & Training Focus
- A more behind-the-scenes leadership role, focusing on team development, training, compliance, and administrative excellence. Perfect for someone highly organised who thrives on building structure and supporting a high-performing team.
Both roles require hands-on leaders who thrive in a fast-paced, high-end environment and are confident taking on responsibility during a new opening phase. You will be someone the GM can rely on—capable of delegating effectively, leading from the front, and ensuring seamless standards across the business.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in high-end London hospitality as an Assistant General Manager or Restaurant Manager
- Strong wine knowledge with WSET Level 2 (or above) (essential, particularly for the wine-focused role)
- Previous involvement in a new restaurant opening in London (highly desirable)
- A natural leader with excellent organisational and delegation skills
- A passion for luxury hospitality and delivering Michelin-level service
