Be London is seeking a dynamic professional individual to join our rapidly growing team. 

We are currently seeking a Front of House Manager to oversee, train, coach and manage our Front of House team in day-to-day guest liaison/client relations. 

Responsible for all guest interactions, and reputation management for the portfolio, as well as a solid understanding of reservations.  

We are after an individual with a good background in customer relations and ideally within the corporate hospitality and/or hotel industry.  Supervisory experience in a hotel reception or reservations department would be ideal.

Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential.

Details

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, and you’ll be remotely working for a portion of this time.

Salary – £35,000 – subject to passing probation
