Position Summary:

The VP, Advisory and Contract Execution sits within the Global ACE team within the firm and is responsible for

preparing, negotiating and managing a portfolio of capital markets and trading legal agreements with global

counterparties.

This client-facing role supports deal origination and execution of ISDA/CSA, with a focus on rates/

commodity/precious metals documentation, while ensuring alignment with legal, risk and regulatory frameworks.

The role offers high visibility, opportunity to expand transactional experience across multiple products, and

requires managing tight deadlines in a fast-paced global markets environment.

Specific Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

 Lead negotiation of a robust portfolio of capital markets agreements globally across specific trading

products, aligning with internal risk, legal, regulatory and governance frameworks to accelerate time to

market.

 Advise clients globally through deal origination, with a focus on corporate, commercial and commodities /

precious metals portfolios, structuring and capital markets agreement requirements.

 Participate in client meetings and calls to provide capital markets legal agreement advisory and guidance.

 Provide advisory services to the trading floor on trading agreement requirements and implications for

new and existing transactions.

 Lead internal calls with stakeholders and external legal counsel to resolve negotiation issues on capital

markets agreements.

 Prepare and negotiate capital markets agreements, including ISDA Master Agreements, Credit Support

Annexes, Regulatory IM documents, Account Control Agreements, Custody Agreements, repo and

securities lending agreements, and bespoke documents pertaining to precious and base metal

transactions.

 Liaise and coordinate with Business, Credit, Tax, Legal, Operations, Funding and Valuations, and Collateral

Management during origination and negotiation processes.

 Manage escalations related to capital markets agreements to ensure timely resolution and stakeholder

alignment.

 Participate in meetings with clients and stakeholders to support origination efforts and provide regular

day to day desk-head updates.

 Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance documentation workflows and

regulatory compliance.

 Prepare and deliver reporting on documentation metrics, project status, and issue tracking.

 Act as a trusted point of contact and advisor for internal stakeholders on all matters related to trading

documentation.
