Position: Content & Brand Executive

Location: Wandsworth, London

Reports To: Brand & Partnerships Manager

D.LOUISE is one of the fastest-growing jewellery brands in the UK. Founded in 2021, we create waterproof, tarnish-free stainless steel jewellery that women wear every single day – and we’ve built a community around it that we’re incredibly proud of. Every piece has a real story behind it, and that story is at the heart of everything we do.

We’re looking for a Content & Brand Executive to own the day-to-day execution of our organic social content, support our influencer and gifting programme, and get stuck in wherever needed across events and brand activations.

This is a role for someone who is genuinely content-obsessed. You know what stops the scroll. You spot trends before they peak. You care about the details and you’re not afraid to roll your sleeves up.

You’ll sit inside a small, close-knit marketing team and report directly into our Brand & Partnerships Manager. No two days look the same – and that’s exactly how we like it.

Key Responsibilities

Content creation & social

-> Plan, create and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms

-> Shoot and edit short-form video and static content – confident on camera and behind it

-> Stay ahead of content trends and bring fresh ideas to the team weekly

-> Manage the content calendar

-> Write copy that sounds like D.LOUISE – warm, confident, elevated

Influencer, Affiliate gifting & UGC

-> Own the day-to-day gifting process – ordering, tracking, posting

-> Build and maintain relationships with micro and nano influencers and content creators

-> Build and maintain relationships with the D.LOUISE affiliate community 

-> Support on UGC seeding and repurposing across channels

-> Track and report on gifting and influencer performance

Events & brand moments

-> Support on all events – logistics, on-the-day delivery, content capture

-> Be the person who makes things happen – no job is too small when it comes to brand moments

-> Ensure events are well documented and turned into strong social content

General marketing support

-> Support community management – responding to DMs and comments in brand voice

-> Assist with monthly reporting on content and organic social performance

-> Muck in wherever needed – this is a small team and everyone pulls together

What We’re Looking For

Experience

-> 1-2 years experience in social media, content or marketing (agency or brand-side)

-> A track record of creating content that performs –  ideally across Instagram and TikTok

-> Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Skills

-> Content-obsessed – you consume it, make it, talk about it

-> A natural storyteller who understands what works on social, and why

-> Proactive and hands-on – you don’t wait to be told, you just get it done

-> Detail-oriented enough to manage gifting logistics without dropping the ball

-> A team player who’s comfortable being managed and taking direction

-> Genuinely excited by a jewellery brand with a real story behind it

Bonus points for…

-> Experience with affiliate platforms (e.g. LTK, Awin) or influencer tools

-> Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)

-> A passion for fashion, jewellery or lifestyle brands
