What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in GP recruitment (ESSENTIAL)
- Strong billing track record
- Ability to build and grow a desk from scratch
- Commercial mindset with a BD-led approach
- Ambition to develop a long-term business area / division
- Highly motivated, resilient, and proactive
