Job Description:

About the Company

We are building an early-stage international venture focused on AI-enabled cross-border commerce, supply chain orchestration, and local market execution. Our operating thesis: many Chinese manufacturers have strong product capability but limited access to efficient UK market entry, localised operations, and data-driven commercial execution. We bridge that gap through an integrated model combining sourcing, product selection, logistics, compliance coordination, marketplace operations, and software-enabled optimisation.

Role Summary

We are hiring a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to define the company’s technology architecture and build AI-enabled operating capabilities that solve real commercial and supply chain problems. This role requires both technical depth and product-minded execution.

Core Responsibilities

  • Define the company’s technology roadmap and AI product direction
  • – Design scalable architecture across data, applications, and operational tooling
  • – Build and lead technical delivery across internal tools, models, and product systems
  • – Translate business needs into deployable AI-enabled workflows and products
  • – Create a strong feedback loop between operational data and model improvement
  • – Support technical hiring, vendor evaluation, and product development prioritisation

Ideal Profile

  • Strong background in AI, machine learning, applied data systems, or enterprise technology
  • – Experience building production-grade systems rather than only experimental models
  • – Ability to work closely with commercial and operations teams
  • – Strong product and systems thinking
  • – Helpful, though not mandatory: experience in supply chain technology, e-commerce systems, or B2B software

Preferred Location

Singapore, Hong Kong, mainland China, or the UK

Package

Senior-level package with strategic ownership and long-term equity upside
