Patrick Murray and 3Search are working with a global and rapidly expanding Amazon and Retail Media Ad-tech business as they continue to scale their business, and Client Facing Amazon Advertising/ Customer Success Team

  • £60,000–£70,000 salary
  • Central London (4 days in their fun, upbeat, high energy office environment).

The Amazon Advertising Manager will:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with enterprise clients and agency partners
  • Lead proactive client support, resolving escalations with a solutions-focused approach
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams
  • Identify upsell opportunities while reducing churn through strategic insight
  • Develop scalable workflows, onboarding processes, and client documentation

Essential Skills:

The Amazon Advertising Manager will require:

  • Experience in client success, account management, or similar roles
  • Strong expertise in Amazon Ads or wider ad-tech platforms
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional programmes and processes
