Management Accountant (French Speaking)
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 + Bonus
Location: (Hybrid – 2–3 days office)
Join a fast-growing digital consumer brand during a major European expansion. We’re looking for a French-speaking Management Accountant to take ownership of multi‑market financial performance and influence key decisions across the UK and France.
The Role
You’ll be at the heart of the finance team, leading monthly reporting across UK and French entities, strengthening controls, and partnering with senior stakeholders to drive commercial decision‑making. Expect a role with genuine influence, hands‑on responsibility, and the opportunity to refine processes as the organisation scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly management accounts for multiple European entities, delivering accurate, insightful reporting.
- Manage French‑market compliance including VAT submissions, regulatory filings and communication with external partners.
- Deliver budget vs. actual analysis, forecasting support and commercial commentary for leadership.
- Strengthen internal controls and streamline finance processes across markets.
- Contribute to cashflow, working capital and treasury management routines.
- Partner cross‑functionally with operations, commercial, HR and supply chain teams.
- Support continuous improvement of financial systems, reporting tools and data integrity.
About You
- Fluent French and English, confident working with teams across both regions.
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) with 2+ years post‑qualification experience.
- Strong background in management accounting, ideally in a multi‑entity or international setting.
- Comfortable in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments where adaptability matters.
- Strong analytical capability with the confidence to influence and challenge stakeholders.
- Enjoys improving processes, strengthening control environments, and working hands‑on.
