Construction Solution Manager – Construction SaaS (Client-Facing)
I’m working with a growing, international technology business operating within the construction and infrastructure space. They’re looking to grow their Customer Solutions team, supporting clients across a range of high-profile projects.
The Role
This is a client-facing role focused on helping construction teams successfully adopt and use a digital platform within their projects.
You’ll work closely with clients to understand how they deliver projects, set up the system to match their processes, and support them through onboarding and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Support new clients through onboarding and getting set up on the platform
- Work with project teams to understand how they operate and reflect this in the system
- Help set up workflows, document processes, and project structures
- Act as a key point of contact for clients during implementation
- Run workshops and training sessions with project teams
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure clients get value from the system
What They’re Looking For
Essential:
- Background in construction project delivery (e.g. Site Engineer, Project Manager, Document Controller, or similar)
- Strong understanding of construction workflows and project lifecycles
- Experience managing project information, drawings, and coordination
- Confident working with stakeholders and clients
Advantageous:
- Experience using construction software or Common Data Environments (CDEs)
- Exposure to platforms like Procore, Aconex, Autodesk Construction Cloud, etc.
- Understanding of BIM, ISO standards, or structured project information
