A highly regarded, close-knit investment firm of 10 people is looking for a warm, hands-on and highly organised Office Manager with EA experience to become the heart of their London office.

This is a genuinely special opportunity for someone seeking a long-term home—a role where you can embed yourself, build relationships and truly make your mark. The team has an impressive retention rate of 5–10 years+, reflecting a culture that people enjoy being part of and rarely leave. They are now looking for a career Office Manager who is excited by the idea of finding their “forever role.”

The Role

Sitting across Office Management, EA support, People & Culture and light Finance, you’ll be the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly while helping to create a positive, welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the day-to-day running of the office, suppliers, facilities and building relationships
  • Coordinating complex travel across multiple time zones (UK & US)
  • Diary management, scheduling and preparing agendas for senior stakeholders
  • Acting as the main point of contact for building management and office logistics
  • Supporting recruitment coordination and onboarding/offboarding
  • Assisting with expenses, invoices and general finance admin
  • Planning and organising company social events and team moments
  • Keeping the office running beautifully day-to-day—from groceries to those thoughtful touches that make a difference

About You

  • 5–10 years’ experience in Office Management / EA roles, ideally within the alternative investment sector
  • A natural organiser who enjoys both strategic support and hands-on tasks
  • Proactive, self-starting and quietly efficient
  • Warm, kind and approachable, with a genuine interest in people
  • Someone who enjoys creating a sense of community in a small team
  • Highly organised, accurate and detail-focused
  • Comfortable working across different time zones and priorities
  • A positive attitude and a good sense of humour

Why This Role?

  • A supportive, kind and down-to-earth team that values their people
  • A business where individuals tend to stay and grow for years
  • Competitive benefits package, including pension matching and a performance-related bonus
  • A flexible, balanced hybrid working pattern
  • A role with variety, ownership and real impact

If you’re looking for more than just your next role—if you’re looking for a place to settle, contribute and belong—this could be exactly that.
