Integrated Copywriter

6 Months FTC role

The Role

We’re looking for an integrated copywriter who can bring clarity and consistency to how a brand shows up across every touchpoint. This is a more functional, all-round role — ideal for someone who’s as comfortable structuring website content and shaping shopper journeys as they are writing sharp, on-brand copy.

You’ll think beyond single outputs, understanding how messaging connects across web, retail and campaigns. Organised, detail-focused and strategically minded, you know how to make content work harder — guiding users, supporting conversion and strengthening the overall brand experience.

Responsibilities

  • Write clear, consistent copy across multiple channels – social, web, e-commerce and shopper touchpoints.
  • Structure and shape website & email content, with a strong understanding of user journeys and navigation.
  • Translate brand and product messaging into accessible, easy-to-understand copy.
  • As well as functional copywriting, craft copy with creative conceptual thinking in mind.
  • Support campaign rollouts across multiple channels, ensuring consistency from concept to execution.
  • Work closely with designers, UX and strategy teams to create seamless, joined-up experiences.
  • Apply the brand’s tone of voice consistently across all outputs.
  • Balance creative thinking with clarity and function — knowing when to push and when to simplify.
  • Adapt copy for different formats and platforms, from product pages to in-store messaging.
  • Fast, responsive and comfortable working to tight timelines.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in integrated, digital or e-commerce copywriting.
  • Strong understanding of web content and shopper behaviour.
  • Clear, confident writing style with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to think strategically as well as execute at pace.
  • Comfortable working across multiple channels and formats.
  • Collaborative mindset and experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Background in retail, lifestyle, fashion or beauty is a plus.
