Invenire Group is excited to be partnering a global FinTech business to appoint a Senior Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis.

Working for a genuine market leader, the Senior Finance Business Partner will be a strategic partner to multiple senior stakeholders across the business – having genuine influence over long-term business planning as they continue to scale globally.

Key Responsibilities as Senior Finance Business Partner:

• Drive planning process – improving ability to forecast effectively
• Build financial models to analyse cost base – identifying opportunities and risks
• Provide effective analysis on key financial and business metrics – with a focus on actuals vs. forecasts – to support the delivery of company strategy
• Utilise data to help shape the company’s financial strategy – with a focus on optimising growth investment opportunities
• Be an effective business partner to senior non-finance stakeholders – helping them understand performance vs. risks, and identifying opportunities to grow

Key Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Demonstrable experience partnering senior non-finance stakeholders
• Strong financial modelling skillset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
