The Job
We’re looking for ambitious graduates or entry level recruitment consultants to join our team as Recruitment Consultants. This is a high-performance, sales-driven role where you’ll build your own client base, develop specialist market knowledge, and play a key role in connecting talent with world-leading technology businesses.
From day one, you’ll be part of a structured training programme designed to fast-track your progression into a high-earning consultant.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Sourcing and engaging talent across networking, cybersecurity, and technology markets
- Building strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle (from sourcing to placement)
- Writing and marketing job adverts and candidate profiles
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Developing your own specialist market within our niche sectors

- Recent graduate (any degree)
