Associate Creative Director, AI  

6 Month Initial Contract

We’re looking for an Associate Creative Director, AI to join our creative leadership team on an initial 6-month contract.

This role sits at the intersection of creative direction, filmmaking, and AI production, ideal for someone who understands both traditional visual storytelling and the fast-moving possibilities of generative tools.

You’ll work closely with our Creative Directors, helping shape and deliver AI-led creative work across multiple projects, with a particular focus on AI video production.

The role will involve:

• Supporting Creative Directors in developing and delivering creative vision across projects

• Leading AI video projects from concept through execution

• Translating client feedback into rapid visual iterations using AI tools

• Delegating effectively to AI creatives, filmmakers, editors, and production collaborators

• Owning storyboard development and helping define visual narrative direction

• Steering projects creatively while maintaining quality, pace, and clarity

• Adapting imagery and sequences quickly in response to client changes

• Helping bridge traditional production thinking with emerging AI workflows

We’re looking for someone who has:

• A strong traditional filmmaking background, for example as a Director, DP, Editor.

• Proven experience using AI creatively in commercial or client-facing work

• Strong judgement in visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and narrative flow

• Confidence managing both creative talent and production process

• Ability to move between big-picture vision and hands-on execution

• Strong communication skills and comfort working in a fast-moving agency environment.
