Location: South East London (Hybrid: 3 Days Office / 2 Days Home)

Salary: £35,000 – £42,000 + Global Travel

We are partnering with a powerhouse Live Events Communications Agency in London to find a detail-obsessed Project Manager. This isn’t just about spreadsheets; it’s about engineering world-class experiences for the pharmaceutical sector on a global stage.

The “Pharma” Edge

This role is for someone who speaks the language of compliance and MSAs. You’ll be the “engine under the hood” for high-stakes pharmaceutical congresses and massive global exhibitions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Master the Logistics: Own project scheduling, budgeting, and delivery for complex international briefs.
  • Global Supplier Lead: Negotiate with DMCs, housing bureaus, and banqueting teams across the globe.
  • Digital Architect: Design and manage precision delegate registration platforms.
  • Risk Wrangler: Ensure H&S and compliance are airtight (essential for our pharma partners).
  • Onsite Execution: Pack your bags! You’ll be on the ground overseas seeing your hard work come to life.
