Group Project Finance Manager Software Employment Type: Temporary Location: London (Predominantly Remote) Salary Guide: £70,000 – £75,000 + Benefits OverviewOur client, a highly acquisitive SaaS business, is looking for a Group Project Finance Manager to support on post deal systems and financial operations integration. The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with proven experience of M&A integration within a fast-paced international business. This is a predominantly remote role with one day a month in the office and requires an immediate start. DescriptionThe responsibilities of the Group Project Finance Manager include, but are not limited to: Responsible for project management of financial operations integration. Developing clear policies and documentation for all key finance functions. Manage subsidiaries and group tax filings across UK & US. Supporting acquisitions, including due diligence and post-deal system integration. Driving ad hoc strategic and operational projects across the business. SkillsThe skills of the Group Project Finance Manager include, but are not limited to: Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with previous experience in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment. Experience with ERP and accounting systems; exposure to Xero is advantageous. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels.
