We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support our ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Hiring Managers: Collaborate closely with managers to understand team needs, define role requirements, and develop effective hiring strategies that align with business goals.
  • Source, headhunt and attract the best 360 and 180 Talent: Utilize job boards, social media, niche networks, and other channels to build a diverse and skilled talent pool, focusing on long‑term fit.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear, supportive communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Write job ads, design sourcing strategies, conduct interviews, and manage the end‑to‑end hiring process from first contact to onboarding.
  • Data‑Driven Recruitment: Analyze hiring metrics to identify bottlenecks, improve processes, and refine talent acquisition strategies.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company’s culture, values, and mission to attract high‑quality candidates and strengthen the employer brand.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Experience: Prior experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven track record of sourcing and hiring 360/180 Recruiters or within Private Equity.

Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, analytical and problem‑solving abilities, proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software, knowledge of employer branding practices, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of equal employment opportunity regulations to ensure fair and inclusive hiring practices.

Tech‑Savvy: Familiarity with digital recruitment methods and social media platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Lusha to reach a wider talent pool.
