Your impact:

  • Participates in customer requirements analysis, actively analyses client needs to inform the development of solutions aligned with customer expectations and business objectives, and conducts thorough assessments of existing infrastructure to recommend appropriate, scalable, reliable, and secure solutions architecture.
  • Conducts comprehensive surveys of the healthcare market landscape to gather insights into data-driven solutions, trends, and potential architectural use cases.
  • Identifies and proposes solutions for routine issues, leverages expertise and collaboration with senior leaders to ensure effective problem resolution, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving within the organisation.
  • Contributes to solution architecture efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet project requirements and align with organizational objectives and industry best practices, working under limited supervision.
  • Aids in the establishment of the project labour baseline, defines the initial allocation of labour resources required for project execution, and ensures clarity and alignment regarding the distribution of workforce efforts and responsibilities.
  • Creates standardised architecture templates, ensures consistency and clarity in project documentation, and facilitates efficient communication of project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines to stakeholders.
  • Test configured solution, ensuring solution is optimal, resolving any issues and proactively advising the customer through their testing while controlling project scope.
  • Stays current on product, solutions, services, IT, and industry trends, offers clients best-in-class solutions, ethically monitors competitor product offerings, and actively engages as a member of the Community of Practice for solution architecture.
  • Develops tailored solutions by collaborating with domain experts that align with customer requirements and budgetary constraints, ensuring the delivery of tailored and cost-effective solutions that meet client expectations and drive business value.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management acting as VoC, Feeback loop sharing industry and market trends, and support the delivery of the informatics roadmap
  • Compose training materials and conduct end user training demonstrating end to end functionality.
  • Participate in pre-sales opportunities with Sales and Business Development team to provide technical or industry knowledge toward work estimates and transition to the engagement delivery team as needed

You’ll thrive in the role if you have:

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, in a relevant subject.
  • Master’s Degree is desirable.

Certifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS)
  • Experience in healthcare IT, HER integration environment
  • A deep understanding of API integration strategies
  • A deep understanding of connectivity & network systems, IT Integration, Hosted SaaS, Interoperability data formats (for example: FHIR, HL7, Open HER)
  • Knowledge of EPCR and EMR systems and clinical data flows in Emergency Medical Services and Hospital systems
  • Knowledge of AWS cloud architecture, data platforms and data warehouse
  • Sound compliance knowledge NIS2, ISO2700, GDPR, HIPAA, EU Data Act etc
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity
  • Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management
  • Solid project management, needs analysis, risk management experience
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Team player mindset and enthusiasm for cross functional working
