We’re partnering with a leading global platform to appoint an EMEA Senior Sales Director, focused on driving growth across institutional and alternative investment clients.

This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role targeting asset managers, wealth managers, family offices, and hedge funds across the UK and broader EMEA region.

The Role

You will lead strategic business development initiatives across EMEA, owning the full sales cycle from origination through to close.

This role requires a GTM (go-to-market) mindset, combining market insight, pipeline development, and execution to drive consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business across asset managers, wealth managers, family offices, and hedge funds
  • Develop and execute a regional go-to-market (GTM) strategy across UK & EMEA
  • Own the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing
  • Build and maintain senior relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, COOs, Heads of Ops)
  • Generate and manage a strong pipeline of institutional and alternatives clients
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver tailored, client-led solutions
  • Represent the firm across industry events and networks

Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience in sales / business development within financial services
  • Proven track record selling into asset managers, wealth managers, hedge funds, and family offices
  • Strong understanding of alternatives, asset servicing, or fintech solutions
  • Demonstrated success in EMEA coverage roles with consistent revenue delivery
  • Commercial, driven, and comfortable operating in a high-performance sales environment
  • Strong GTM mindset with the ability to identify and convert new opportunities
