Rheinmetall Electronics UK (REUK) leads the Training Delivery element of this landmark programme—and we are now looking for a talented Finance FP&A Business Partner to play a key role in delivering this mission.

The Role

As the Finance FP&A Business Partner (CTTP), you will lead all financial planning, forecasting, and analysis activities supporting the Army Collective Training Service (ACTS) contract.

You’ll work closely with the Programme Director and cross-functional teams to provide insight, challenge, and strategic financial guidance—helping to shape programme success.

Reporting to: Head of FP&A

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all financial planning & analysis for the CTTP contract
  • Prepare revenue, cost, and cash forecasts
  • Deliver robust variance analysis (forecast vs. actuals)
  • Ensure compliance with timesheet and expense processes
  • Support pricing and costing for change requests
  • Identify and manage financial risks and provisions
  • Provide financial reporting and insights to senior leadership
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and company policies
  • Optimise financial processes and controls
  • Collaborate across consortium partners and internal teams
  • Support wider REUK FP&A and bid activities

Skills & Experience

  • Strong understanding of UK Government / MOD projects (defence preferred)
  • Knowledge of MOD accounting principles (RDEL, CDEL, VAT)
  • Experience with IFRS15
  • Advanced financial modelling skills (best practice & macros)
  • Experience managing project finances in complex environments
  • Exposure to consortium or supply chain financial management
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Degree in Accountancy, Economics, or similar
  • Part-qualified CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP
  • Ability to travel occasionally within Southern UK
  • SC Clearance (or ability to obtain)
