We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our Colleague Experience, partnering with senior leadership to shape how 12,000+ colleagues and 30,000+ couriers interact with our systems, tools, and ways of working every day.
This role sits at the heart of our Organisation of the Future vision: building an environment where people and technology work seamlessly together to drive performance, engagement, and growth.
