Our client is a dynamic PR agency that requires an AD/SAD to work across several hospitality and leisure roles. This is an hybrid London agency-based role working with a portfolio of interesting clients. You’ll lead on strategic communications, delivering impactful corporate PR campaigns while supporting with their broader communications needs. Alongside core agency responsibilities, you’ll bring proven experience in corporate communications—helping clients navigate reputation management, stakeholder engagement, and brand positioning within the hospitality and leisure space.

  • Accountable for the successful delivery of all client projects in your remit. Ensuring work is delivered within budget, on time, on brief, and to the highest quality
  • Independently overseeing and growing multiple high-value accounts and projects, ensuring that all objectives and KPIs are achieved
  • Mentors team members across the agency, providing guidance, detailed feedback, and building confidence.
  • Managing account budgets and capacity planning as well as identifying growth business opportunities within them
  • Meeting targets for client retention, growth, and client satisfaction
  • Play a key role in new business, from identifying opportunities to working on pitches
  • Highly experienced in corporate hospitality.
  • You have solid experience and a proven track record of managing multiple, high-value accounts and campaigns. Your PR instincts are finely tuned and you can help our clients improve and integrate their wider marketing efforts
  • A step ahead. Always ready and prepared to troubleshoot anything, and able to navigate challenges of all shapes and sizes
  • Commercially minded. You understand how the agency business model works, and where the opportunities are, as well as how we can best position ourselves to clients
  • An exceptional communicator. Whether in writing or verbally, you’re persuasive, succinct, and clear. You’re able to use your skills to connect and build great relationships with stakeholders, c-suite contacts and founders
  • A leader. You facilitate the power of great teamwork, feedback, and utilising different strengths to achieve results
  • Proactive. You’re self-motivated, use initiative and have a strong commitment to personal and organisational growth. You demonstrate a clear ability to take a lead role in business activities
