About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Digital Consultant with a strong grounding in paid media channels to advise, plan, and optimise high-performing digital campaigns. This role blends strategy, consultancy, and hands‑on channel expertise, working with clients or internal stakeholders to drive measurable growth across paid digital activity.

You’ll be trusted to lead conversations at a senior level while staying close enough to the detail to ensure delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted consultant on digital and paid media strategy
  • Lead planning and optimisation across paid channels, including:
  • Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing)
  • Display, Programmatic & Video
  • Translate business objectives into clear media strategies and activation plans
  • Audit existing paid media accounts and identify performance and efficiency gains
  • Oversee campaign delivery, optimisation, and testing frameworks
  • Interpret performance data and present insights, recommendations, and next steps to senior stakeholders
  • Work closely with specialists, agencies, and internal teams to ensure best‑in‑class execution
  • Support budget planning, forecasting, and ROI measurement
  • Keep ahead of platform changes, industry trends, and emerging paid media opportunities

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years’ experience in digital consulting, paid media, or performance marketing
  • Strong hands‑on knowledge of paid media platforms and buying models
  • Proven experience managing large budgets and complex campaigns
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders and clients
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear actions
  • Experience working in hybrid or cross‑functional teams
  • Consulting or agency background
  • Experience across multiple sectors or brands
  • Familiarity with attribution models, MMM, or incrementality testing
  • Experience integrating paid media with CRO, SEO, or wider digital strategy
