We are currently hiring a Business and Marketing Graduate to join our team, offering hands‑on experience, structured training, and a clear pathway into management. The Role
You will begin with full training in our Birmingham office, working closely with experienced mentors to develop your skills in marketing, sales, and business operations.
Once trained, you will transition into the Coventry location, supporting the growth and development of the new office and contributing to its long-term success.
We are specifically looking for individuals who are open to commuting or temporarily relocating to Birmingham during the training period.
What You Will Be Doing
- Representing brands through face‑to‑face customer engagement
- Supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns and live promotions
- Building relationships with customers and gathering feedback
- Working with your team to improve campaign performance
- Contributing ideas to enhance marketing strategies
- Developing key business, communication, and leadership skills
