Senior Project Manager

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple projects as Employer’s Agent from start to finish. The ideal candidate will also have experience in a diverse range of projects, including BTR and PBSA.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee completion of projects.
• Have competence in using Microsoft Project, Asta as programming software.
• Assess risks and establish contingency plans
• Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders
• Administer various forms of contract, including JCT’s and Development and Funding Agreements.

Qualifications

• Chartered Project Manager with the RICS
• 5+ years of experience in project management or relevant fields
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects.
• Experience in leading and mentoring teams.
