Strategic Partnerships Development Manager (Contract – 12 Months)

London (Hybrid: 3 days onsite at Kings Cross)

About the Role

We are looking for a Strategic Partnerships Development Manager who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, excels at building high‑impact relationships, and can successfully navigate complex organisational structures. In this role, you will manage and grow strategic partnerships, lead partner initiatives from end‑to‑end, and collaborate cross‑functionally to drive measurable commercial and product impact.

This is an ideal role for someone who loves relationship management, negotiation, partner strategy, and cross‑functional leadership, and who wants to influence partnership success at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Management & Deal Execution

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of partners/suppliers, ensuring seamless end‑to‑end integration.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, resolve partner issues, and advocate for partner needs internally.
  • Build account plans, pitch new opportunities, and strengthen long‑term strategic relationships.

Partner Strategy & Business Growth

  • Identify and prospect new partnership opportunities.
  • Conduct partner and industry research to support strategic decision‑making.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally on product strategy and partner‑aligned initiatives

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (product, legal, finance, marketing, operations, analytics) to ensure partner success.
  • Facilitate strong internal alignment to enable product excellence and partnership growth.

Insights, Reporting & Forecasting

  • Track partner business metrics, develop insights, and contribute to business forecasts.
  • Support brand, reputation, and operational excellence by ensuring partners have an outstanding experience.

Background

  • Experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or a related field

  • Experience managing partner portfolios, driving growth strategies, and delivering measurable impact
