Project Delivery Manager

We're not looking for someone to manage a programme. We're looking for someone to own delivery and protect every pound of revenue that comes with it.

Filmtek Data Solutions delivers fit-out, logistics, technical cleaning, and managed workforce packages across data centre projects in the UK and Europe. We're carving out a strong position in tenant office fit-out within the data centre sector, and we have live projects mobilising now.

We're hiring a Project Delivery Manager. This is our most important hire right now.

The role

You will take our projects from mobilisation to handover. You will manage the site team, drive subcontractor performance, and keep the programme moving. But delivery alone isn't enough.

You will also be commercially switched on. You will spot when scope has changed and raise it. You will identify variation opportunities and make sure they're captured. You will not let extras go unpaid or revenue slip through the cracks.

This is the person who makes sure FDS delivers what it promises and gets paid for everything it does.

What you'll own

• Full project delivery from mobilisation to handover.
• Site team and subcontractor management and performance.
• Programme and progress reporting: clear, brief, no noise.
• Variation identification and commercial awareness on site.
• Revenue protection: scope changes logged, extras raised, nothing given away.
• Client relationships at delivery level.
• Risk identification and resolution at your level, not escalated up.

Who you are

• You've delivered construction or fit‑out projects and owned the outcome end to end.
• You understand the commercial side of a project, not just the programme.
• You know that every scope change is either a risk or an opportunity, and you act on it.
• Subcontractors respect you. Site teams follow your lead.
• Calm under pressure, decisive, and direct.
• You're hungry. You want real responsibility and you're ready to handle it without hand‑holding.

The structure

Freelance/Contractor day rate to start across live projects mobilising in 2026. For the right person this becomes a permanent senior role as FDS scales.
