Credit Controller

Transaction Recruitment are supporting our Aldridge based client in their search for an experienced Credit Controller to join them on a permanent basis. You will be working as part of a dynamic, growing finance team and will be responsible for managing your own ledger of B2B accounts. This position offers some hybrid working upon completion of training.

Daily duties and experience required includes:

• Conducting credit control via phone and email
• Building rapport with customer base to maintain positive working relationships
• Conducting credit checks
• Setting up new customer accounts
• Negotiating payment plans
• Reconciling customer accounts
• Query resolution
