Experienced Bookkeeper / Part-Qualified Accountant
We’re looking for an experienced bookkeeper or part-qualified accountant to join our team as a Client Accounting Manager.
But this isn’t a typical accountancy job.

About Us
We’re Outsource Financial Solutions Ltd, based in Woodford, Essex.
We work mainly with owner-managed construction companies, helping them get clarity over their finances and run better businesses.
Most accountants stop at compliance.
We act as our clients’ Virtual Accounts Department – supporting them with bookkeeping, payroll, management accounts, financial insight and advice.
Because when business owners understand their numbers, they make better decisions.
And that’s what we’re here to help them do.
As the business grows, we’re expanding our Virtual Accounts Department – and that’s where this role comes in.
The Role
You’ll manage a portfolio of clients and become their go-to person for their numbers.
You’ll work closely with our bookkeeping, payroll and compliance teams to make sure everything runs smoothly and deadlines are met.
You’ll also help business owners make sense of their financial information so they can make better decisions in their business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing a portfolio of Virtual Accounts clients
- Preparing and reviewing management accounts
- Coordinating workflows with bookkeeping and payroll teams
- Making sure client work is delivered accurately and on time
- Supporting the onboarding of new clients
- Helping improve systems and processes as we grow
About You
This role would suit an experienced bookkeeper or part-qualified accountant who enjoys working with clients and being part of a team.
