Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in our UK Head office in Cambridgeshire for a Credit Controller within the Receivables Team. The Credit Controller will oversee their own portfolio of customers and following company credit policies, will ensure timely collections of outstanding debts. Responsibilities include assessing credit applications, monitoring outstanding accounts, negotiating payment terms, and resolving any discrepancies or payment issues. The role requires interaction with internal teams and customers to ensure effective credit management and maintaining strong professional relationships.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Credit Control and Credit Management
- Experience in Debt Collection and managing Debtors
- Financial acumen and familiarity with Finance processes
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office tools
- Prior experience in credit control or financial management positions preferred
