Paragon Home Healthcare is a nurse-led provider specialising in complex care, supporting individuals with spinal cord injuries and higher acuity needs through nurse and HCA-led packages. We are a trusted partner of the Spinal Injuries Association.
We are looking for a Clinical Lead Nurse to work closely with our Director of Nursing and Governance, Anita Osborn, and take a central role in how care is delivered across the service.
This is a senior, hands‑on clinical leadership role focused on:
- supporting care managers with decision‑making and escalation
- identifying and managing clinical risk early
- ensuring care is safe, consistent, and workable in practice
The role sits within a structured model including a Clinical Manager and Care Managers, with additional specialist input from a Critical Care Lead Nurse for higher acuity packages.
This is not a purely office-based or compliance-led role. It requires someone comfortable working across client environments, supporting teams directly, and operating with accountability.
We are particularly interested in candidates with backgrounds in:
- complex care or nurse-led providers
- spinal, neurological or respiratory services
- CHC or case management
For the right individual, we would also consider an allied health professional (e.g. OT or Physio) with strong complex care or case management experience.
