The Opportunity:
You’ll work at the heart of a Software product-focused delivery team, turning business problems into clear, actionable, and testable requirements that enable teams to build the right solutions. The role blends analysis, collaboration, and hands-on validation to ensure every feature delivers real business value.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with stakeholders to understand problems, user needs, and desired outcomes
- Define user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and process flows
- Work closely with Product, UX/UI, and Engineering to ensure shared understanding
- Drive backlog quality, refinement, and prioritisation
- Support QA with test scenarios and coverage
- Lead and coordinate UAT, ensuring readiness for release
- Validate delivered features, identify gaps, and manage risks early
- Use modern tools-including AI-assisted analysis-to improve documentation and delivery
- Champion consistency, standards, and continuous improvement across teams
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in software or product-led environments
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to turn complex or ambiguous needs into structured, testable requirements
- Confidence facilitating workshops, discussions, and refinement sessions
- Hands-on involvement in testing, UAT, and validation
- Excellent stakeholder management across technical and non-technical groups
- High attention to detail with a focus on quality and traceability
- (Highly Desirable) Experience or understanding of AI technologies/products
