As an Occupational Therapist, you will use your professional expertise to complete assessments, design tailored reablement plans and guide individuals towards meaningful goals. You will act as a trusted advisor within the team, offering guidance on equipment, safe practice and decision making. The role offers autonomy to manage your own schedule and provide personalised support across a varied caseload in homes, hospitals and community settings. You will also receive ongoing professional support from our Principal Occupational Therapist, along with access to leadership and coaching programmes. We are looking for a qualified Occupational Therapist with at least two years post qualification experience and a full UK driving licence.
